NTxSA Fee Schedule

• First set of loan documents: $80.00; M-F, 9 am to 6 pm
  (without e-fax/e-mailed copy);
  
  After 6 pm on M-F $ 115.00 or on Sat thru Sun
  (without e-fax/e-mailed copy)
  
  
• Second set of loan documents: $55.00; M-F, 9 am to 6 pm
  (without e-fax/e-mailed copy) ;
  
  After 6 pm on M-F $ 75.00, or on Sat thru Sun.
  (without e-fax/e-mailed copy)

• E-fax or E-mailed loan documents: additional $25.00
  (lender and borrower copies).  

• Multiple sets of loan documents: call for quote

• Cancellation Fees - 2-4 hour notice: $35.00
  Under 2 hours notice: Full Fee 

• Automobile Loan Closing: Before 4pm - $85.00
  4:00pm to 9:00pm - $110.00

• MOBILE NOTARY FEE: $25.00 (includes up to 25 miles one-way), each additional mile is $1.50.
